I would like this to be split into two, so that it accommodates the interest of the minority in Kisii Town. The Acting Chairman said Kibera Constituency was created to cater for the interest of the minority. Kitutu Chache has Nubians as the minority group. I would like them to be included in this new constituency. I beg to move and ask my friend Kizito to second me."
