    "content": "The importance of this amendment is to make sure that people who have been living together and who have been shifted within three wards remain in the same ward so that they can continue enjoying harmony and the same social historical factors. We do not intend to call for any more wards in that area, but we want these people to continue feeling that they are not disenfranchised. You realize that Makueni is one of those big constituencies which were not considered for a split. By moving these people when the constituency has not been split could make them feel that they are not being recognized and that their interests are being muzzled. I beg to move and request hon. Kaloki to second."
