    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the people of Baringo North gave their proposals on the names and the boundaries of the wards to the IEBC on the 20th of January, 2012, but when they produced the report, they did not take into account all that.The Committee has been kind enough to consider our proposals, but now they left the realignment of the boundaries. That is the basis of this amendment. I request hon. Lessonet to second the amendment."
