    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was the Chairman of the Muslim Students Association at the UON between 1988 and 1989 and Prof. Mbithi gave me a run around for the whole year and I am shocked that until today this thing has not been resolved. Does the Assistant Minister realize that it is not the University that will be donating land to the Muslims? In fact, it will be the Muslim Community that will be donating a mosque to the University. The mosque will remain an asset of the University."
