I had asked this Question in 2009 and the Ministry of Water and Irrigation had promised to do the feasibility study and the design during that financial year. But up to now, as you have heard from the Assistant Minister, the design has not yet been done. I want him to give assurance that this design should be done as he has said by May this year so that the next phase of the project can start."
