    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that we submitted the money to the Public Trustee in Kisumu. It is also true that the two widows did not receive that money. Investigations were instituted and, up to now, we do not have an official report from the CID indicating who the beneficiary is. So, our role now is to find out how the Ministry of Finance and the Public Trustee’s office can get those widows out of their problems by paying them their monies while investigations are going on, to establish who actually defrauded the Government of the money."
