    "content": "Is it in order for this matter to be raised here when it does not comply with Standing Order No.41? Questions may be put to a Minister relating to public affairs with which the Minister is officially connected. As far as I am concerned, the Minister for Labour is not connected with this matter involving the suit in court. If fraud was involved, then the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security would be concerned. If impropriety was suspected, then the Attorney-General or the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs would be concerned."
