    "content": "The question I am posing is that the Budget Committee’s recommendation that was passed by this House, to me read that the Kshs2 billion the Budget Committee was requesting to be allocated to REA was to come from dividends of Kshs2 billion already held by KPLC. However, his Statement says Kshs2 billion to be allocated to REA was to come from sale of shares. So, I am asking whether you, indeed, read the report that was passed by this House."
