    "content": "This will also go hand in hand with the general harmonization, re-categorization and resumption of public funding of the corporation. This will entail review of the Budget and involvement of other Government agencies such as the new Salaries and Remuneration Commission and the State Corporation Advisory Committee that will advice on re-categorization of the corporation which is currently placed under Category C. The Board and the management have also been asked to start comprehensive restructuring aimed at improving service delivery. This follows the Ministry’s request to the Ministry of State for Public Service to review the KBC’s current structure of the human resource manual and career guidelines."
