Could he inform the House what the timing will be like? Within what time must we get the KBC upgraded? He has talked about Kshs800 million, what have they done and within what time limit? His answers are lacking in terms of when they are even going to finish the issue of auditing and rationalization of the staff, so that we do not find ourselves waiting for another one year."
