    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On 13th May, 2009, there was a directive that the Chair gave to this House that an independent forensic audit into the National Budget including the Consolidated Funds Services for the previous three years to the present date was supposed to be conducted. Up to date, this has not happened. I was just seeking your guidance. Could it be that this House gives directives in vain and if not, when will this audit be done and when will we be privileged to have the Report? It is important because the country needs to know the source of the mistake that was in our Financial Estimates and to be sure that there were no fraudulent activities."
