    "content": "The Minister who is also the Acting Minister for Finance and whose responsibility is to protect the Kenyan people, is on the Floor of this House trying to convince the country, that the euro crisis and the crisis in Portugal and Greece were responsible for the decline of the shilling. This morning the people from the IMF met the Finance and Budget Committees, and said, Kenya is lucky and I quote: “That they were not affected by the euro crisis” The Head of IMF--- and the same person said, he has met the Minister, and the people from the CBK."
