    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the fifth reason is the result of the rapid development that we have all observed. There has been a high import bill of imported machinery and capital goods; you can see all the development that is taking place all over the country, particularly in infrastructure. That has had an effect on our current account, which for the last six months is in deficit. This has nothing to do with Governor Ndung’u. Governor Ndung’u has nothing to do with importation of capital goods, machinery and with the rapid development that we are now seeing."
