    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for that brief and, hopefully, promising answer. But this Question has got two limbs. The first limb is that some of those teachers have been forced to work in primary schools when they are qualified to work in secondary schools. The second limb of this problem is the financial one, which I think the Assistant Minister wants to address in the financial year. So, probably, he can just give us an overview of what it is that he is going to implement in terms of the two limbs."
