    "content": "The Constitution and the Standing Orders are clear on the processes attendant to the enactment of legislation by this House once such legislation is published. I, therefore, urge the Executive to ensure that the timeframes envisioned for the processing of legislation by this House, including the publication period and the time required for consideration in the relevant Committees, are factored into the dates of publication of the legislation. This will ensure that legislation to implement the Constitution is enacted in a timely manner and with the requisite input of the House."
