    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Ministers cannot be allowed to come and mislead this House. There is nothing to agree about Universal Service Fund (USF). It is in the law which he referred to. All they need to do is to roll this money for this godforsaken part of the country, so that we also have a network like the rest of Kenyans. This is the point the Assistant Minister is missing. We want him to ensure that priority is given to these areas that are not connected, so that we are not forgotten in the 21st Century as was the case in the 20th Century."
