    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In the month of October, I requested for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Finance. This was in respect of the borrowing that was being done to cushion the depreciating Kenya Shilling. Up to now, the Statement has not been delivered. For how long should I continue to wait? I raised a similar concern last week and they promised to deliver the Statement any time this week but I can see that the week is ending tomorrow and I do not see it coming. Could I be guided accordingly?"
