    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think the key word here is “struggled.” “struggled” means with difficulty. Yes, I was struggling with my conscience because this issue had already been seized of by the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. We had actually gone almost halfway through. However, this whole thing was hijacked by the Ad Hoc Committee. I think even in future, we need to be clear that when a matter rightly belongs to a Committee of Parliament that is where the matter belongs. The Ad Hoc Committee is doing what the Committee of Parliament ought to have done and completed. We have not even written our report. We are still halfway and we are still going to continue to pursue this matter. As far as I am concerned---"
