I alluded to a point of order raised by another Member yesterday almost on a similar spirit that I have risen on today and stated the points clearly. When that point of order was raised, the Member on the Floor of the House who was asked to declare his interest did not make a full disclosure. I am not saying that the Chair then was culpable. I was laying the basis to ask Mr. Okemo to kindly make a full disclosure on the financial disclosures."
