    "content": "What I am saying is that while all these things were going on, there was panic in this country. I am not an economist but I know that when the demand of anything is more than the supply, everybody knows what happens. When there was panic buying everybody started buying dollars, because that was the only currency that was used in trading in the world. That also created shortage of this currency and there was a crisis as a result of that. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, to conclude this issue, I want to ask the fellows who are prospecting for oil in this country to accelerate whatever they are doing, so that we have our own oil, and we do not over-rely on importation of oil; doing this is very expensive and is depleting our foreign currency reserve. I beg to oppose the adoption of the Report."
