Is it in order for this Member to keep on misleading Kenyans that overnight lending is just misused by the banks while we know that for a bank to be allowed to access overnight borrowing, they have to have Treasury Bills and Bonds? So, the Member is misleading Kenyans that overnight lending is misused. It is not misused because the banks have to have Treasury Bills and Bonds to secure that."
