    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there have been allegations in the Report that CBK did not react in good time. But CBK reacted in good time because there were policy measures. For instance, in March, 2011, there are some policy measures--- I will refer to page 9 of the Report. It highlights policy measures adopted by the bank to tighten liquidity and address the speculative tendencies. Other policy measures included increasing the CBR on 23rd March, 2011, from 5.75 per cent to 6 per cent, among other measures. That contradicts those allegations."
