    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the following new clause be inserted immediately after Clause 25- 25A. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Committee shall, in consultation with the Chief Justice, make rules to regulate the conduct of proceedings in the Court and the subordinate labour and employment relations court, including, but not limited to- (a) the process by which proceedings are to be brought before the Court and the content of that process; (b) the period and process for noting appeals;"
