    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to ask the Minister of State for Public Service the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Can the Minister confirm that the medical scheme for civil servants and disciplined forces introduced and administered by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) provides for treatment of only one wife and three children per employee? (b) Can the Minister also confirm that the scheme is discriminating men with more than one wife and is restrictive to the constitutional rights of children with regard to access to health and medical services? (c) Did the Minister consult and coordinate with the Minister of State for Public Service to confirm the amount of deductions from the employees’ salaries before and after the introduction of the scheme?"
