    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the insurance for public officers is a very good thing and is welcomed but the complaint that is the basis of my Question is that it is restricted only to one wife and three children. The question is whether this is discriminative or not. The Minister has said that if a public officer has more than one wife or more than three children then you are supposed to pay extra premium directly to NHIF. If that is not discriminatory then what is discriminative?"
