(a) Is the Minister aware that the residents of Laisamis Constituency and specifically Logologo area are currently unable to access water and pasture in Gudas and Soriadi areas due to insecurity? (b) Is the Minister further aware that in many meetings between the Members of Parliament of the region and the national security team in the Office of the President it was agreed that an Anti-Stock Theft Unit would be set up in Gudas? (c) When will the Government set up an Anti-Stock Theft Unit in Gudas?"
