"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this issue was also raised by the residents of Laisamis to His Excellency the President and there was an agreement that this was going to be done long time ago. As I speak, the people of Logologo are only 12 kilometers from Gudas and there is plenty of water and pasture. It only makes sense that when the Member says that he does not know why they are not going there, it is because of serious insecurity. Could the Assistant Minister consider deploying those askaris before September? Right now there is a big drought yet there is a lot of water and pasture there."
