    "content": "THAT, the Schedule be amended- (a) in paragraph 1(3) by inserting the words “ for reasons given in paragraph 2(b)” immediately after the word “organization” (b) in paragraph 2(3) by deleting the word “five” and substituting therefor the word “seven” (c)in paragraph 3 by inserting the following proviso at the end thereof- “Provided that one member from the most representative employers’ organization and one representative from the most representative workers’ organization is present to form the quorum”"
