    "content": "(b) The curriculum based establishment for each school in comparison with the actual number of teachers is also indicated. Some schools have one or two teachers, due to shortage of teachers and the fact that some of them were newly registered. (c) Serious shortage of teachers is a national problem, which the Ministry is addressing. The Ministry is negotiating with the Treasury for budgetary allocation of funds for employment of 40,000 teachers in the next financial year. The rest will be hired on attrition rate."
