    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, therefore, on 8th November, the militia threatened to kill the officials who reported the matter to Daadab Police Station under OB No.27/9/11/2010. The matter is under investigation. During the same period, a senior Ministry official also monitoring examinations in the area was roughed up by unknown persons in Garissa. The supervisors, invigilators and security personnel were put on the alert and security was beefed up in Daadab and that matter was settled. It is common knowledge that a Mr. King’ori who was a supervisor in Garissa High School was killed in 1994 because of such examination malpractices.
