    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I want to thank the Minister for that Ministerial Statement, but I thought he has services of the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS) and other Government information departments, which avail him information rather than him just getting information from newspaper clips. Could he confirm that the reason why the ICC remarks were not made in formal meetings, and could only be made at the debriefing session, was because the conspiracy was against the Kenya Government? In the same document that hon. C. Kilonzo has quoted, on Page 4, Item 14 states that: “We will develop a strategy to engage key Ministers including the one he is referring to.” They are also going to engage the ICC in the same way; further the ICC President himself is going to be engaged along the same lines. Hon. Minister, can you confirm this? Your are even part of the Cabinet committee on the same. Can you confirm this is a truly friendly government? If you determine otherwise, you should go the route recommended by hon. Bahari."
