    "content": "Order, hon. Members! When you rise on a point of order, it is not to give you an opportunity to debate the content of the letter itself. The point of order you have to rise on, and the Chair has given a ruling now--- Indeed, without a specific substantive Motion based on our own Standing Orders, we cannot deliberate and discuss this matter any further. If, indeed, you feel that the Speaker or the Chair has erred in that and you are able to prove otherwise through the Standing Order or the Constitution itself, that is the kind of point of order you should rise on. But you are now debating the content of the letter that has been laid on the Table. The Chair will give you two more points of order and then give a final ruling."
