    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. When hon. Koech sought the Ministerial Statement, two days after that I heard the Minister, hon. Mutula Kilonzo, over the radio giving comments. According to me that Statement ought to have been ready because he said that Mr. Bethuel Kiplagat should get back to his office. That was the statement made by the Minister which I heard in the news. So, for us to be told that they are still waiting for some facts, I find that to be ridiculous. I attended a meeting today of the Commission on Administration of Justice and the Commissioners of the TJRC were present pleading for help. I find it ridiculous that the Ministry is trying to delay instead of issuing the Ministerial Statement."
