    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Order Paper contains a Motion that will allow hon. Members to go back to their constituencies and work. I, for one, am here almost 24 hours a day because we are trying to implement the Constitution; this has robbed me of an opportunity to do certain crucial things in my constituency. I would like to plead with all hon. Members that we go and do some work. Hon. Members may want to continue being here for one reason or another, but in very few months MPs will need all the energy they have saved because 90 per cent of them will be facing an uphill battle. It is called a “show”."
