    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the reason why I was agreeing with Mr. Kuttuny is because if I am the Assistant Minister in charge of internal security, then I should have all the documents instead of being ambushed by court orders in the House. That means that there are a number of papers which I do not have or I am not privy to and yet the Questioner has. The only thing I need to do is to check whether those court orders form part of the Question that we are handling."
