    "content": "Following the accident, 25 people died on the spot while one more person died while undergoing treatment at the New Nyanza General Hospital. The police moved to the scene and investigations commenced immediately and all the bodies were removed to New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital Mortuary for post mortem. The accident vehicles were towed to the police station for inspection and a police accident case file No.IARF No.2/2012 was opened, which was later forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions for perusal and advice."
