    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you have rightly said, I asked this Question in September last year. It has been there and the companies are there. They were paid a lot of money. This was a project for Kshs1.9 billion. I have also endeavoured to write to the Registrar of Companies, and truly those companies are not there, but they are in the answer which the Assistant Minister has given me. One of the companies, Speedwing Limited was paid Kshs121 million, but the answer is still the same. So, even if he is given two weeks, I do not think we will get any answer, because the Question has been lying with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) for all those months."
