Unless the Minister is not privy to where the accident happened; these chiefs were on a call of duty and they were going to attend a meeting which had been called by hon. Prof. Saitoti, the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. The accident happened on their way to the meeting. So, when the Minister says that the accident did not happen in the place of work, what is the basis of him determining what the place of work is, when they were on their way to a meeting called by Prof. Saitoti?"
