    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is the Minister in order to mislead the House that they have been collecting taxes on the basis of the Bill when the Bill has not been passed? What they have been using as the basis for collecting the enhanced taxes was the resolution of this House that allowed them to do so until 31st December, 2011. So, is he in order to evade the question as to what basis or what law they have been using to collect any extra taxes after 31st December, 2011? They should not be anticipating a law that will be passed in this House."
