    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this terror reign in the constituency has now lasted over six months. I have personally been attacked. Now a police officer has been killed. My own two mothers have received threatening messages. People are living in fear. They are in terror. Could the Minister, in his Ministerial Statement explain why the security situation has continued to deteriorate in the constituency despite assurances that the situation was being contained – assurances which the Assistant Minister has given us with a lot of theatrics in this House."
