    "content": "disrepute to this House either by misusing our privilege or not authenticating documents to the level that this House is expected. I would therefore ask that the debate that went on, on Thursday, the issues that were canvassed and put on the HANSARD, for the prosperity and integrity of this House, be expunged. If it has been proved that it was a forgery then we cannot allow a discussion on a forgery to remain in the HANSARD of this House. As I said, it touched on the presidency, a friendly country and the Prime Minister. At the end of the day some of the issues that were canvassed by other Members touched on the process of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and how Kenyans should even withdraw from the ICC. Some of the things I was seeing on the HANSARD are positions that are not Government positions, neither of this House."
