    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, the hon. Member is inviting you to make a ruling on a ruling that was made by your Deputy. At least, six months must lapse before such a ruling comes into effect. But, nevertheless, the arguments that have been raised by Mrs. Shebesh specifically to do with the authenticity of the document--- She says that the document has been found to be fake. The point I am raising here is that the hon. Member relies on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the British Government and the National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS). For any one person to think that the UK Government would brand that document to be genuine is taking his or her imaginations just too far."
