This is revenue different from the national revenue that will be shared. There are issues that will relate to what a county government can do, what it can raise and how it should be able to raise it. Again, this is factored in this Bill and I want to recommend to hon. Members that it requires support, but no Bill is perfect. That is why we are debating it today to be able to seal any loopholes."
