It will also decide which county gets the first amount. Even if they say it will be done on a prorata basis, they are not even giving the time schedules so that they say, at this time, all the counties will receive the money. They are leaving it loose. So, it means it is at their discretion. When we have collected enough money; we are not saying all the counties will get it. It will be like what is happening with these old people’s money. You will hear that it is certain counties which are receiving the money and not the rest of the country."
