    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I did not say we have allocated Kshs100,00 to Nyakach Constituency. I said we have allocated them Kshs680,000 to mitigate against soil conservation. However, we, in the Ministry of Agriculture, have allocated more than Kshs50 million which will be used in soil conservation in the entire country. We have other related Ministries like the Ministries of Forestry and Wildlife, Environment and Natural Resources which have set aside funds for soil conservation in various parts of the country."
