"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is a very good question and I agree with the hon. Member. It is a very good suggestion. Our only challenge is the amount of money that we receive. This is because if I tabulate how the Kshs45 million per annum has been utilized by KVDA, you will fully agree with me that they have used it to the maximum. However, we are in constant negotiations with the Ministry of Energy to see whether this Kshs45 million can be increased in terms of percentages instead of being a constant figure every year. If a certain percentage is given to KVDA, I think they can allocate the money, or consider that very good suggestion from hon. Koech."
