Assistant Minister, on the face of it, this clearly looks like a situation in which taxpayers money is used and the taxpayers themselves, who are very marginalized, are not getting benefits. It looks like there is an element of exploitation – super exploitation - of that community. Nonetheless, the Chair has the ability, powers, mandate and the authority to direct the relevant Committee to move with speed so that we deal with the super exploitation of marginalised, starving and poor Kenyans in that part of the world and report back to this House in a maximum of two weeks. I think the House will be able to deal with the matter."
