The Chair appreciates that this is a hardworking Assistant Minister who is always available on the Floor of the House to answer Questions; the Chair is also conscious of the fact that this is a very serious matter. It touches on the security of the lives of Kenyans and the welfare and safety of their properties; these are the same civil servants who are supposed to uphold that. They are the law keepers. So, the Chair directs that you give this first priority over the Questions for tomorrow. Some of those Questions may be deferred to another day."
