    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister for the candid answer, you will realize that the old Nyali Bridge was built in 1931 and it was the only floating pontoon bridge at that time. Given the historical nature of that bridge and the traffic that we encounter every time we cross it - it is only Nyali Bridge that links the Mainland North to the Island - I heard you say that you are in the process of giving a notice. When will that notice be published in the Kenyan Gazette or given to the owners? The owners are known. We all know the owners. Probably all of us know the owners. Could the Assistant Minister table the names of the owners?"
