    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the Assistant Minister’s concern for encroachers, the Government needs to be consistent. We have demolitions going on around the airport. We have demolitions of houses that were built along the by- passes. This Government allowed the case of Mombasa, despite a number of Permanent Secretaries talking about the road to the airport. When will the Government make a consistent policy statement and act on it so that, at any one time, these issues are sorted out once and for all, especially if Tamarind is part of the encroaching group? That is why you are watching them encroach because they are big names."
